Chris has been working in the 3d animation industry for over 15 years, and working in the field of computer graphics for 25 years. He started in the animation industry as a Compositor, Motion Graphics artist and 3D Animator working on various New Zealand, and Discovery Channel documentaries. He was the sole developer of an in-house 2d/3d compositing program at Karactaz animation studio. Most of his work over his career has been in television commercials for some fantastic New Zealand clients. He was post animation 3D Lead & Technical Director on Disneys ‘Talking Friends’ animated childrens series, which has had over 63 million views on Disneys YouTube channel. Projects he has worked on have achieved 3 Asia Pacific Apollo awards, as well as a gold, and 2 silver medals at the New York festival.
