FTI accredited Business Analyst with extensive experience in Software Development teams. Currently I’m the General Manager of the BA department for a leading Financial Services company in Cape Town. This is an executive role given to me when I was just 30 years old. I have a slight obsession with data. Mining, cleaning, analyzing. Designing and Automating Reports, building QlikView modules and finding the best way to visualize information is what I consider having a good time. I enjoy Excel more than chocolate. Fluent in English & Afrikaans and my fiancé is Spanish so between the 2 of us we can do translations between all 3 these languages. I can write business plans, requirement specs and other such documentation in my sleep, and have a decent grasp of multiple programming languages, which is a great help in writing specs, and liaising with developers.
