I have a year and months of experience with the Business Process Outsourcing Industry of the Philippines. I worked as a Pharmacy Sales Coordinator - Asst. Trainer for Arriva Medical a company that provides testing supplies and medications to patients in the U.S. The job is to help patient especially the elderly with their concerns regarding our products while providing a positive customer service with an extensive experience in training representatives with regards to one of the processes in the Pharmacy. I also worked for two famous telecommunication companies still part of the BPO Industry with Alorica Pacific Rim. I worked for Verizon and AT&T as a technical support representative that assists clients with their concerns about the services the company provides may it be with their internet connection, television or telephone, issue all at once while providing a positive customer service. Currently a student of Mapua Institute of Technology taking up B.S. Computer Engineering.
