Lucidwas very knowledgable and cooperative with our requests but we did not see a significant improvement in our Adwords campaigns.

The provider is not “practically experienced” in adwords. During the 5 weeks period, he spent about $2100 and brought me 11 sales with CPS of about $191. This is unacceptably high compared to my existing old campaigns of the same categories of about $65 with a lot more sales. The provider also failed in sending me weekly reports as outlined in the description. Every time, I needed a status update, I would have to ask for that and the replies only included a few lines, such as “CTR is already high”. But there never be something like what exactly is cost per sales. I deemed this project as failure. However, he refused to cancel the second half of the payment escrow. Finally we agreed on paying him half of the final payment as I did not want to waste more time on this. I would not recommend him for any similar projects. However, if you have started a project with him, you should watch the performance very closely and push him to send you analytical reports (with numbers) each week.

amazing price, amazing work...very happy with the PPC campaign and am already sending over a new project.
