Log retrieval method in Caraga Region involves labor-intensive harvesting which mainly applies manual tools and techniques in every operation. As activities are essentially based on human outputs, it is important to evaluate the work performances and their respective durations to determine their efficiency on labor. Time and motion studies were used to determine the durations in felling and bucking activities.
