Currently working as Conversational AI Expert, We use Google assistance and Dialogflow to develop voice and chat bots, working with both dialogflow ES and CX versions, fulfillment, web-hooks, integrating dialogflow with API's ,integrating bots with telephony gateways and messaging apps like Skype, Twilio etc,dealing with Google cloud functions etc.
Worked as IVR developer in Mobigesture , Where developed inbound and outbound call flows using VXML and we control calls using CCXML. worked with the three big platforms Avaya, Genisys and Cisco. We did conferencing customer outbound call with agent systems and also report call status to our internal call management systems.
I also work with Free-switch installation,configuration and dial plan development. I do work with SIP protocol and integrating VXML interpreted voice browsers on Free-switch. Mean while I explore things like automated bot applications, messaging,data analysis using WEBRTC and visual IVR applications.
