As you might already have visited my profile, I have more than 5 years of experience in Process Design & Engineering and Business Process Development & Optimization.
Relating to this, I have worked in several fields related to Business Operations Management, Data Refining & Analysis, ERP Analysis & Its Setting Up for the Organization, Implementation of CRM & Service Desk Systems, Implementation of Zoho Apps, Inventory Management, Product Management, etc.
Talking specifically about Zoho & its apps, I have a total experience of 3 years of implementing Zoho Apps as an ERP for an organization.
The Zoho apps which have been implemented & handled by me and my team are CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Projects, Analytics, Commerce, Sites, Marketing Hub, Books, Inventory, Social, Sprints, etc.
Along with this, I also have an experience of creating the customized apps through Zoho Creator.
The marketing part on Zoho Commerce and its tracking on Zoho SalesIQ is also done by me.
Online assistance shall be provided for 2 months after the implementation & execution of this project on a free basis.
The smart reports and dashboards sought by your management can be listed and handed over to us.
