Fast project for a CSS expert

Hello guys, We need someone who's VERY GOOD and VERY FAST with CSS, Smarty PHP & Wordpress. What we have: --------------------- [login to view URL] We have a hosting website based on smarty and CSS. Site is ALL DONE except couple of fixes required. Mainly fixes in home page & footer of blog ([login to view URL]) (need to maintain the similar footer and header of inside page). What we want (all CSS work): ------------------------------------------- Our programmer has already setup things as it is required but just need to fix couple of things like: 1. Due to some issues in CSS of footer its causing extra space on the right side of the website and resulting a vertical horizontal scroll bar in browsers like Firefox & safari. (same for blog section) 2. Validate home page on W3C validator and remove all errors and warnings based on HTML & CSS. 3. Need a live chat to be setup (you can use any which works fine) (same for blog section) 4. On home page in domain registration section boxes showing price of domains are not showing compete box in Safari & firefox. Its a CSS issue. Please check attached screenshots for main requirement. (same footer fixes required for blog section) Note: ----------- Our budget is NOT MORE THAN $30 since its a few hour job for any CSS expert. If you are unable to fix these issues in 2 days maximum after winning the project then we are open to transfer the project to anyone else and we are not liable to pay.
