Customization for WC-Vendors (Woocommerce) and Correios Shipping Plugin

Hello Sir, I am an expert in woocommerce to handle this customisation. I will write a plugin which will allow the Vendor's Postcode to be used by Correios Plugin for calculating the shipping cost and shipping days. I have looked into the Correios Plulgin and can do this customisation perfectly as postcode to be sent to the API for calculation and this will be altered by my plugin with the vendor's postcode as filled by them on the Pro Dashboard. On next point you asked for the shipping cost to be calculated on the order and commission. I would like to know that the shipping cost is currently being calculated only on the order total amount and you want it being calculated on the commission amount? Please clarify in this regard. For 3rd point you want the shipping cost be calculated separately for each vendor. I would like to know that you want to also show the shipping cost calculated for each vendor to the customer? Or a combined cost of shipping will be shown to the customer and in the database the separate shipping cost for each customer will be saved? I have provided you the full plan and understanding of my project. However we still need to communicate to get more clarificatoin.
