PDF integration on website (as MVP)

As a young startup we need a developer who can program us the following as an MVP. If the result is great and the communication as well, this could be the kick-off for a longer working relationship. 1. We have various flashcards as PDF (files are always 2-paged: meaning front and back). These need to be visible on a website. 2. It should be able to navigate through the flashcards (meaning the files) by clicking on a left arrow or right arrow (or using the left/right arrow key on the keyboard). 3. A button should be able to flip the flashcard (180° css effect): meaning that page 1 of the pdf flips to page 2 of the pdf and vice versa. 4. The flashcards should be shown in the order of the data name ([login to view URL] before [login to view URL]) 5. It should be visible on Tablet and Desktop.
