Need designer/developer to build a clean website for SaaS CFO advisor

Job Description: I am hiring a designer to build a website for my finance consulting business that cleanly pulls together my posts on Medium, posts on LinkedIn, answers in Quora, and tweets, while also referencing my professional information on my LinkIn profile. I would like the site to be a clean and responsive website, similar to ones like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or Fathomhq.com. I definitely do NOT want a website like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or [login to view URL] (or any other typical financial advisor website). My goal is for someone to discover me through my posts or tweets about SaaS startup and finance topics and then go to my website to find a consolidated view of me. I then want them to realize that I really enjoy working with software companies and the creative people who are part of them. I think the look and feel of my website will help convey that I appreciate good design. Technology to be used: The site should be fairly simple with one to a few pages and easy to tweak/modify. For ease of maintenance, the website should use just HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. On page integrations with Medium, Quora, Linkedin, Twitter can happen with client-side Javascript. This code will be used and deployed by a semi-technical, so I'm looking for someone who can modularize the configuration and provide good documentation to ease launching the site. SEO: Since I am trying to gather more clients for my consulting business through organic searches and connections, the website must use SEO-compliant HTML and code throughout. I want to target these keywords: Jonathan Sides, Birmingham startups, Birmingham startup finance, Birmingham startup CFO. Over time, I also want to target these keywords: SaaS forecast models, SaaS S&M forecasting, CAC ratios. Mobile/Tablet-Friendly: The website should be responsive and look good on mobile and tablet devices. I expect a large amount of my visitors will be coming from mobile and/or tablet devices. Further, I also want to make sure that my website is not penalized by Google. Delivery of solution: Once the website is built, the designer must email me a written description of their solution and attach a zip file containing all source code and files necessary to set up the website. Any images used on the site should be owned by the designer (and provided to me with a perpetual license to use them) or be images I can inexpensively obtain myself from stock photography sites. I already have a domain registered and a web hosting account. Language: Must be fluent in written English with intermediate verbal skills. Background on my business: I have a small consulting business where I offer CFO-type help to startups and larger high-growth businesses. Most of my clients are usually software companies (especially SaaS ones). I’ve been relying on word-of-mouth and personal contacts to line up engagement but I would now like to have people find through the web and my activities on it (blog posts, tweets, etc.).
