Gentlemen,
We have decided to launch the hotel Booking website, a website exactly like [login to view URL] with provided photographs and some modifications in logo and outlook i.e. copy. It should also be available on IOS & Android phone apart from web based.
Apart from modification, the google earth i.e. location of hotel can be seen exactly on the web site as it is in [login to view URL]
There should also be an option to load photos/videos by customers who visit the hotels apart from customer feedback. This Video/ Photograph Loading option must be available on the main page as per the location.
There should be a tab for travel agents companies as well for booking and payments.
All booking invoices and payment invoices to be sent to customer by email automatically.
The integration for payment via credit/debit cards/Mobile payment method & PayPal to be there as well apart from free booking.
Option to add comission by us on hotel/motel/guest house booking should be there interms of %age on actual price.
Option of Paid advertisment by customers to be there as well for Hotel owners etc.
This will be a turnkey project with web site, Mobile apps, complete hosting solution and integration with payment gate ways.
Demo of the websites to be provided on each stage and should be free from bugs.
Initially our focus is on one country and options as [login to view URL] should be there for additional countries.
We are inviting quotation with BoQ for complete turnkey project including hosting till commercial launch in USD. Preference will only be to those individuals and companies who have prior experience of doing the same copying /development with success case.
One Year min support after commercial launch to be provided as operations in case of modification and issues.
Brief description of the SOW to be done required by vendor with BoQ & Quotations with references of previous cases same like these.
Hosting cost to be provided with the quotation with all operational cost.
