Consultancy to create the proccedings to create one online store and ebay online (store of used parts of car)

Let's think I will have to have at first phase the number of pieces is near of 1000 pieces. Software to management ebay store. I don´t know if is necessary sotfware to controle the ebay store. Design the ebay store. Free template or premium - MY STRATEGY In other projects usually like to use free solfware (open-source) and then I like customize.
