Build me a Website

Hello, I am a young(ish) entrepreneur :) and am looking for someone who is creative, sharp, and can think outside the box to create a business website for me. I work in the recruitment industry and have worked for many large stuffy corporate companies internationally, until the last 4 years, where i have been freelancing and using a smaller boutique recruitment business's brand name and website in exchange for a small % of my invoice values. Now i am ready to drop their brand name and website and have set up my own lTd company, in order to operate 100% as my own business. So in essense, this is a new venture, business name, brand, and website.

In terms of the job, I am looking for a different looking website, than the typical recruitment style. I mainly use Linkedin and Recruiter and other job boards for my resource tools, so I dont really need the functionality for the website to post specific jobs and receive applications for them etc. Its more a reference and get in touch portal.

In terms of the experience, I want my clients to have a quick, bold and efficient user experience, with slick and punchy content, rather than be too 'ready'. The website should include a breif about the type of business i am, my experience/expertise, testimonials from the last 22 yrs, and should also give the user (A potential client, or potential candidate who is looking for a job) an opportunity to interact by sending their CV or business enquiry through our get in touch/hear more page. This is where i woud like the website to stand out from other recruitment companies.....I would like this part of the website to be more creative and not the typical contact us page where you click to upload a CV from a link in 2 steps, or a simple contact us form. I want it to be less robotlike and be much more fun, dynamic and an entertaining user experience. Ideas could include possibly a video from me? or animation? (ideas welcome!) so that the client or candidate, are more likely to go 'oh wow' 'this is different' 'i like this' 'this is cool' and then acrually get in touch with me!! If i then do marketing campaigns asking clients to come to my website, then im keen to capture their imagination and tempt them to get in touch with me! Thats the goal!

If you are new to recruiment businesses, we have two types of customers. Clients AND Candidates.

"Clients" will come to us, OR in 99% of the cases we have to find them by sales calls or other business development activities, so that we can help them with their recruitment needs: assisting them to find someone for their job vacancy. For this service we charge them a finders/introduction fee! That's how we make our money.

So on our website, when a 'client' visits the website (or we have directed them to it, perhaps by marketing efforts as mentioned above) we want their experience to achieve the following: 1) Be captivated by our brand and style as soon as they click through 2) learn more about us, enough to feel convinced that we can do the job professionally and efficiently 3) the impression that we a proffesional business 4) the impression that we will be 'fun' and dynamic to work with.

My aim is, as mentioned above, is for them to have an interactive experience, maybe a video intro, or animation about contacting us, maybe even an interactive fun animated questionnaire (ideas welcome), etc.

For "Candidates" they will also want to learn about us and be convinced we are great to work with, but in addition, they will want to upload their CV. This should also be interactive. Perhaps they could record a short video message and send it with their CV. As i said, im looking for this to be different from the typical 'send CV' or 'contact us' experience.
