Build tiny webapp with Bootstrap or ionic or any angular based GUI

We would like to build a webapp, eventually to also become a mobile app. The goal now is to find a developer that suite's this project. The attached mockup contains the webapp first screens. The milestone is to deliver a running webapp that implements this specific mockup, no logic. The only requirement is to use a framework which can be integrated with angular well, e.g: Bootstrap, ionic, onsen ui, or your favorite one. We will pay 15usd for this 1st milestone, no matter how your code looks, as long as it's working. So no risk from your side. Screen are: 1. Welcome screen with text, "next" button to open screen 2. 2. Other screen with text, "OK" button to open screen 3. 3. List of text items ("Popular" in menu ) 4. Search form ("Search in menu"). Menus can be top or buttom of screen (screens 3 and 4). We seek someone that will write nice code, specifically: - Write nice code - Use angular directives and other objects correctly - Use data arrays when needed (e.g: list of products) - Nice use of css (or sass/less/whatever you like) - Nice person
