NEED 2 five-page HTML sites (same template) coded from PSD

Hello I need two websites built using SEO-friendly HTML code and CSS from PSD designs (both share almost identical templates). They are for a restaurant group and the group's most recent restaurant. They may be easier to create at the same time, but "SITE ONE" needs to be completed in about a week. - both sites have five pages (one may have six, but wouldn't be visible in nav bar) - must include SEO friendly, W3C compliant code with cross-browser compatibility - both sites contain a simple slideshow that launches as HOME PAGE (these pages must also be created for mobile device compatibility) See attached PDF of page designs! 1. SITE ONE (static footer stretches across, moves with browser window) HOME PAGE (800x432 pixel body contains image slideshow that loops) MENU PAGE (body contains html menu, link to download PDF in header) MAP PAGE (800x432 pixel body contains embedded Google Map) BIOS PAGE (simple html with two images) CONTACT PAGE (four simple forms forward to pre-determined email) 2. SITE TWO HOME PAGE (800x432 pixel body contains image slideshow that loops) ABOUT PAGE (simple html) LOCATIONS PAGE (simple html with links to maps) PRESS PAGE (simple html with links) CONTACT PAGE (four simple forms forward to pre-determined email) * Possible 6th page would be simple html with a few links Expertise in HTML/XHTML W3C complaint, tableless, liquid markup is a must! Examples of work would be helpful. Thanks!
