Brief Description This project has do do with the creation of an online platform for Remote IT Support. It consists from the setting up of the website (graphics and integration) to the automation of the backend. The main two scenarios that this website will be focused on will be the following: 1. A customer will use a very easy and quick way to connect to customer care live chat, then the live chat customer care will directi the client to the appropriate payment and then direct the client to the appropriate technician. Then the technician will be connecting with a remote support software to the client and solves the problem. The client accepts or reject the solution of the problem and teminates the session. 2. A technician applies for working in this online platform, so he registers, he fills in his details and a questionnaire and stays in the database, until he is activated by admin 3. The admin is able to see reports, approve or disapprove technicians and edit/add their details. More details on the project The project must be designed on Drupal (this includes the setup of CMS, the configuration of appropriate modules and plugins and the full design of the website). 1. The design should be a very modern & responsive design, preferably something like geekbuddy . com but with blue colors. 2. The site will be multilingual and will be delivered in English & Greek Version. 3. There will be an online store for selling the services (per incident, contract based monthly, annual etc) 4. The technician may control the timer of the session between him and the client 5. There will be a session history for all previous sessions and the action that are made by the technician, so the technician must be able to input comments when he is working online remotely with the client. 6. Technicians who are available should be seen as Online and the customer support can choose to assign any online technician 7. There should be a click 2 call function so that the client can request a callback service from the company. 8. Client can define a specific deadline for resolving his problem so this will increase the cost of the per incident payment. 9. There should be an API connection between an open source live chat system and teamviewer, if needed, but the integration must be done from our side. 10. The technician should be able to evaluate the technician’s efficiency in various points (Knowledge, speed, etc) 11. There should be a referral system, so when a client introduces another client, he gets an incident service for free. 12. There should be a financial state from the backend, on how much money the technician’s must be paid monthly depending on the cases they have solved. 13. Reporting for the Administrators a. List of clients that need help b. Visit rates c. Avergage waiting time d. Ticket resolutions per day e. Incidents that were not done correctly 14. SEO 15. SEO friendly URLs 16. Auto Sitemap 17. Prevent duplicate content 18. Google Analytics Setup a. Installation in all pages b. Goal tracking in 2 languages c. E-commerce tracking setup d. Conversion tracking funnel setup e. We understand you want to operate a online technical support system. The client will purchase the support service (per instance, monthly, annually basis) through the drupal site. Customer care personnel will guide the client through the live site to sell the service and assign a technical support staff to solve the issue. The executive will know all the available technicians. Technician will contact the client and try to solve the issue using a Remote Support Software. The technician will log the issue and the resolution in the website and The client will close the issue. The technicians will be billed as per the successfully closed the issue in a month. For per incident service - client should be able to opt for emergency service by paying additional cost. There will have Administrator's dashboard for tracking the support system and Generating billing for the technicians. We can implement the site based Drupal's 'SUPPORT' module. Our Query: Will the client l raise any support ticket or the ticket will only be raised through live chat? What will happen if the technician is unable to solve the issue How a technician will contact the client? Please explain what you meant by ' control the timer of the session' by the technician? Please explain how you want to implement 'click 2 call- callback service' ?
