Word Press Website for a Carpet company

I need a Word Press website built for a carpet store client of my called Western Carpet. I have already designed a home page mockup which the client likes and has approved. (see attachment) So this will save the designer lots of time. But the client does not have a company logo, so one needs to be created for the website. I already have a slider I want to use called slidedeck: [login to view URL] I just need this slider added to the home page design. I would like to have three mockups created that mirror the mockup I have created, except the three mockups should have different added design elements. These elements should include color variations, background variations, picture,button and tab variations, and other enhanced design features. Most importantly each of the three mockups should include a different logo design for "Western Carpet" that corresponds to the website mockup. The website needs to compatible with all the major mobile devices, iPads, droid and iphone etc. Here is a website ([login to view URL]) that is similar to our design and it is a good example of how the website is made to fit on a mobile device. Although this website has a mobile version of the website, it also can me seen in the full website mode and this is what we want. If you have questions, please let me know.
