I want to build a web site in Ruby on Rails or Facebook application where the user enters exclusively with a Facebook credential.
Then he must agree with the site's license agreement.
When he enters the site there's a pretty form with the following sentence "I am rich enough to burn $USD[ ]".
Then he is redirected to pay the amount of money he entered via paypal.
There must be a friend's rank list, ordered by money spent on the site.
Every time someone spends some money on the site he must asked if he wants to publish it with a message like "Username is rich enough to burn $USD..."
Need some one that already have experience with paypal integrated systems and Facebook API.
