Please read carefully and ignore budget- Looking for all rounder software developer

Hey Freelancers, Hope you had a fantastic new years. I'm posting up here in hope to find someone who will be able to join/undertake with me a project and "idea", I have been working on for a long time and have everything mapped out and ready to go, and all I need is a legend like one of you to undergo this with me. This is a great opportunity and without sounding too cliché, my belief in this being a hit is a massive yes. I have worked and have a great passion for the travel industry. The skills or what I am looking for is somebody who can build a software from scratch or essentially a technology (algorithm) from scratch. Along with a reliable, safe and secure web scraper tool that is able to scrape a massive load of data/information and store it into a database for use at anytime. Without giving too much away, I will need something that could scrape, store in database, then connect with algorithm ( most important aspect) and finally be connected with a custom built search engine. The exact details on what site and all other information that I want will be given and spoken about privately as well as upon doing this project with me you agree to sign a confidentiality agreement / NDA. And without wasting any of your time and to be upfront and honest, this is would something that will not have any payment. It is something that would be a talk of percentage of profit, and a percentage of sale if we end up selling it.
