Web Scraper Required

I have a quick and easy task for someone who knows what they're doing. I need a bot / script or macro built to scrape blog posts from various blogs. I am new to Freelancer.com but have been a long term employer on Odesk with excellent feedback. Search for "alastairevans" or "Small Giants" to see. Ideally this bot will look on all blog frameworks - wordpress, drupal, typepad etc... I need the scraper to put together a excel / csv ouput which contain post titles and post urls. I then need the scraper to scrape the blog post itself and save as small file type. The end goal is to compile all blog posts into a single readable file (e.g. pdf). I would like to run the scraper on my Mac but if that is not possible, then a PC based scraper will be OK. Further information on what I need is provided in this short video.
