Voice-Over Art Audio Guide (9200-word text)

I'm looking for the new voice of my company's audio guided tours. The text is in English and should be read with a North American accent. It could be either a male or female voice. The challenge here to talk about art for about an hour and still make it fun. The first job would be to record a text of about 9200 words.
