Dear sir/madam, I have carefully read your project description and have same question to clarify my understanding. 1) Do you asking to have an application that can be used to OCR from screen shoot or sniping tools? 2) After the application successfully OCR the screen shoot, what format the text should be save, example, csv, txt, xml etc? I'm planning to develop OCR program in order to read from screen shoot and then generating text in format of csv, txt and xml. This format can be open in Excel as well as Word. FYI, I'm a programmer that have program using Excel VBA and Visual basic since 2006. I hope with my experience would assist you completing the project.
