Leads email list provider - specific

This is straightforward and the project: Provider is expected to: - Provide with a list of email addresses at least verified OPT-IN and extremely important that the opt-in status is verified frequently (explain). Double opt-in lists are given more preference. - List is your VERY OWN: Provide a sample of 1000 names from opt-in non opt-in (how did you collect them must be explained) and double opt-in. Variety of fields. Sample is a list of names and explanation of type and source of list. - Do not bid if you acquired list from the many leads online for free for millions of them, and $20 for 100s of millions. Serious. DO NOT BID FOR JUNK YOU PICK UP ON NET OR IRC OR P2P. If you acquired them and did rigorous refining, then do let me know which tools where used and what results are eliminated and how often. I have many updated lists but I am not looking for junk. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, I WILL KNOW ALL JUNK BECAUSE I AM SPECIFYING WHAT I NEED HERE. The more detailed, and compiled by you specifically the more your bid holds ground, but all are welcome to let me know of capabilities and lists. 2) categorized by interest/industry/job title/association/networks/ social network 3) By email type: free or domain based (free services of all kinds from hotmail to gmail to hushmail to any free service or paid non isp or domain specific service). Reliable domain and isp provided emails are given more weight with at least 60% of overall if possible. - available option of months in list per email and months verified - assorted and filter enabled or seperate files for filters depending on delivery method file type. 4) Opt in method, opt-out honoured, double opt in method, mention categorizing method especially in number 1) country and number (2) above. 5) How often is the list updated (minimum monthly) - tools you use, and bid an extra amount for monthly amendments file (new) and updates (removal or changes) of previous version. 6) Bid per 500,000 clusters 7) Provide file and all tools necessary to maintain (opt-out app, database update, list mailer etc). If you have your own method independent of above through crawling or extracing, make sure to mention specifics and explain opt in status. Provide 1000 email sample (as little as 100 if above is all satisfied in sample.) READ AGAIN.
