Vibration Calculation Code for Engine Valve-Train

This project is to make working simulation code based on the paper at this link: [login to view URL] This code will be used in a Visual Basic program so it would be preferable that the code be done in VB or a .net language. If you can do it in another language but don't know a .net language, perhaps I can convert it. Since this will be used in a application where the user does not have acces to Matlab, I don't think it will be a good idea to do the project in matlab because (as I understand it) the libraries that would go with it are very large. I will provide a table of lift data and can supply a code for computing derivitives of the input data. The project should return the response data of the position of the masses. You don't need to code the graphing, I can supply that in VB or if you work in another language, all I need is the text output of the computations I have a sample code for RK4 that you might be able to use.
