72153 Multi-VB5/6 Windows Programs

Software, Software, Software….in VB5/6 programming ONLY!!!! This is a generalized request for software programs you have available for purchase, either already made or will be completed in 2-6 weeks time of this posting. Programs should be targeted towards Internet Users, Desktop Applications or Desktop Utilities. This would include small or large utilities, HTML programs, Find/Replace programs and more….Software for these areas preferred, but client is open to others. Program samples initially sought are outlined at the end of this request! Note, this project is NOT limited to items described below, but rather a foundation of the type of software the client seeks. As this is a new project for a customer, and I have never requested such a project, please bare with me on our requests below. Depending on costs, customer is seeking 25 – 100 software application programs to start. Bids posted on this project should be for any and all applications you have for purchase combined and must include program(s) description(s). If you have 1 program, supply a bid for it and provide its description and demo version. If you have 25, 40 or 75 programs, supply a total/combined bid for ALL and provide complete descriptions for ALL of them for our review. Customer does expect full cooperation in purchasing bulk software from bidders via large discounted bids. Here are the projects requirements: 1. All programs must be originally yours – No hacks, cracks or pirated software applications accepted 2. Deliverables must NOT be encrypted in any manner whatsoever – None! 3. Must run on ALL Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP operating systems or respective SR packs 4. If program uses Internet Explorer, please ensure compatibility with versions 4 or higher 5. Must be written AND commented well throughout for future support/enhancements 6. Provide us a thorough description of your program(s) for clients consideration 7. Provide us directions on its use WITH program screenshots (incl. installation and use instructions in English language ONLY) 8. Program must have completed HELP instructions in English language ONLY 9. Provide us all source code on project deliverables – delivered and paid for in phases below 10. Absolutely “must” be in VB5/6 format, to include all source coding required, as well as all necessary external coding elements/components relevant to the programs operations (pertinent DLL's, plugins or the likes utilized externally for the internal programs successful operation) 11. Must be “Bug Free” and thoroughly tested 12. Removal of ALL your identification and copyrighted information 13. Must include complete, unrestricted and full master resale rights/privileges - no strings attached! Again, keep in mind that exclusive ownership NOT required We firmly believe in the fact that there is no such thing as “EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS” of ownership when it comes to software and the internet. As such, we are NOT seeking this. Do not try to pass of your bidding amounts to reflect such ownership. My customer wants to work with someone for the long term, so fair pricing for existing or pending completion type of software is necessary. To save time, bidders are encouraged to post demo versions via download access on a website or FTP site in the PMB. Here is how we see this project progressing once someone is selected. Expect project to work in 4 different phases/sections: Phase 1 – 25% of total project bid to transact and paid upon completion of phase 1 A. Deliver demo versions for clients trial, analysis and testing by customers and their OWN VB programmers of which time is dependant on amount tested – please allow sufficient time, likely 1-3 days per program minimum B. Upon clients satisfaction, escrowed amount placed for this phase programs C. Bidder to deliver all source codes outlined above for all programs reviewed in Phase 1 D. Upon clients satisfaction, escrowed amount released as payment to bidder by us and we proceed to Phase 2 Phase 2 – 50% of total project bid to transact and paid upon completion of phase 2 A. Phase 1 Steps A-B above repeated C. Bidder to deliver all source codes outlined above for all programs reviewed in Phase 2 D. Step D taken, proceed to Phase 3 Phase 3 – 75% of total project bid to transact and paid upon completion of phase 3 A. Phase 1 Steps A-B above repeated C. Step D taken, proceed to Phase 4 Phase 4 – 100% of total project bid to transact and paid upon completion of phase 4 A. Phase 1 Steps A-B above repeated C. Step D taken, proceed to conclude the project and transactions Bidders with higher, established ratings will be given preference. In conjunction, bidders with lowest project bids for clients new startup business will also be given consideration as costs on this project are of utmost priority being a brand new business venture. Bidders are expected to work in professional, timely manner on this project once selected. Further, please take into consideration the potentials of ongoing, future work purchases by client as this “could” lead into something bigger and better as a long-term relationship. As we feel this to be a rather large project, please allow sufficient time for response and testing as we are also seeking/posting the same requirements on other website resources to obtain the very best possible outcome to clients benefit.
