What past project or job have you had that is most like this one and why? - I worked for a Canada-based company as an email and chat support specialist. I replied to emails and provided information based on my previous training. The job was also not very well structured at first. During a couple of weeks, I get questions that I don't have an answer to and I escalate it to my manager. Over time, I was able to fully understand the ins and outs of the business and worked with minimum to zero supervision. I also managed their calendar using BookthatApp. Also, my tasks expanded to cover other areas, including processing prepaid shipping labels for returns and getting more Facebook like.
