Multi-Talented Virtual Assistant Wanted I am looking for a person who possesses a range of skills to help me with my work. I anticipate the work to require between 20 - 30 hours a week. The core part of the job will be providing basic admin support such as typing and creating reports for clients and conducting research. Tasks I will ask you to do include: 1. Create reports using Word and creating PowerPoint slides (I have attached a sample document. IF you look at the back of the document you will see photos of FlipChart pages. These are pages that I would send you and I need you to type them up into a report that looks like the front part of this document) 2. Data entry and doing expense reports using Excel 3. Conduct online research 4. Assist in creation of two websites You need these skills: - MS Word -- be very knowledgeable with Word and know how to use and create templates and style sheets (Going to be creating training participants manuals and handouts) - MS PowerPoint - know how to create slides and build transitions within slides - MS Excel - be very familiar with Excel - Online Research - know how to search the internet and find information - Website Design & Development - have basic knowledge of website design and development - Screen Candidates - assist in screening and interviewing people who i need to hire for other tasks - Photoshop - basic knowledge of photoshop would be very helpful but not required I work on a MAC computer so familiarity with MAC is a big plus but not essential NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS - Previous experience as an administrative assistant - EXCELLENT ENGLISH - You MUST be able to SPEAK, READ, and WRITE very well - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must Computer / Technology requirements - Must have a copy of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) on your computer - MUST have a reliable and fast Broadband Internet connection - Have a webcam and experience / are comfortable with video conferencing - Be available to speak on the phone and online using Skype - Be familiar with a screen sharing program such as Teamviewer PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH. You need to be available to talk sometime between the hours of 9 am - 9 pm UTC/GMT. You do NOT need to be available the whole time but you need to be available during some of this time. hello there ! i have full command on Ms office , about on all products , including the Ms access . on other hand have full command on custom php script development and designing with Adobe photo shop , and last but not least i did Msc in computer sciences , so i can assist you properly , yah there will be one small issue with english skills , as i am not native english speaker ! thanks Muhammad imran

Just a little bit about myself: I have just finished up work last month, I was an accountant for MECCA Brands for the past 2 years and have decided to go back to some studying, so really am looking for a job with some lesser hours.
