Create YouTube videos based on static images

Hi, I have been for more than 20 years in professional video editing/composing, 3D modeling & animation, graphic design and special effects. Few questions: - In what video format (flv,mp4,wmv,...) and resolution (W x H) do you need your final video ? - How long the video should be ? - What files (text/script, music, images,...) for the project, can you provide ? I can make you video like the first one, 60 seconds long for 40$ fixed price. Second one would be around 60$ per minute. If you want you can send me your files and I will make something nice for you.
