Content Creators and Instructional Designers required for LMS website

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Course Creator/Instructional Designer to join our LMS e-learning website team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various engineering disciplines such as Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, as well as experience in recent trends such as AI, Robotics, ML, Data Analytics, Block Chain, Cloud Computing, etc. As a Course Creator/Instructional Designer, your primary responsibility will be to develop high-quality, engaging, and effective video courses and tutorials in these areas. You will work closely with our team to identify learning needs, develop learning objectives, and create instructional strategies that align with our learning outcomes. Additionally, you will create and design course content, including videos, presentations, assessments, and other multimedia materials. Key Responsibilities: Create and design high-quality video courses and tutorials in various engineering disciplines, as well as recent trends such as AI, Robotics, ML, Data Analytics, Block Chain, Cloud Computing, etc. Collaborate with our team to identify learning needs and develop learning objectives that align with our learning outcomes. Develop instructional strategies that promote student engagement and learning retention. Use instructional design principles and learning theories to design and develop effective e-learning materials. Create and design course content, including videos, presentations, assessments, and other multimedia materials. Conduct research and stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Instructional Design, or related field. 3+ years of experience in instructional design and course creation for e-learning platforms. Freshers who are currently unemployed but who have a zeal for Course creation/Instructional design can also apply. Experience in developing courses in various engineering disciplines, as well as recent trends such as AI, Robotics, ML, Data Analytics, Block Chain, Cloud Computing, etc. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories. Proficient in multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and other video editing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
