Hello, We are a Real Estate marketing business and require a Video Editor who is familiar with Premier Pro and has experience in real estate video. Our videographer will shoot the video and then you must be able to download it from dropbox, create the video and then upload it, along with the project files to dropbox, within 24 hours. There will be different styles of real estate property videos as each of our clients have different preferences and you will need to be able to adapt to this. Basic instructions with be provided with each video so you must be able to use your own creative flare. You will also need to be familiar with colour grading and some After Effects use may be required. Please see attached some examples of our work and the type of videos you will be required to deliver. This will be an ongoing requirement. Some days there will be more work than others.

I watched the video you provided and I can very easily replicate the quality of editing you provided while also adding my own creative flare to them. Hello to you. I just saw all the requirments for this gig. I can do everything you ask and even better. I saw the video and i think i can do something much better and add some better colour grading. I am not using Premiere Pro although i used to work with that. I am using a software called DaVinci Resolve which is a standard film industry software.
