Bar Chart Race Animation about coronavirus count using flourish or other software

Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and if you want your animation well done and reusable I'll create it in one day. It won't use Flourish and will allow to change the data to rerun with updated day(s). Recording to a video will be done one time - left for you for further updates of a script (data). If you would like custom captions, images, time based interesting facts information etc as part of an animation (that you then just record to a video without any other video editing work) I'm capable of doing that yet the script price would then be 5 times more ($450) and me retaining the copyright (you would not be able to sell the script to third parties).
