Hello, I am RnD Mech Eng, I think we can make it from stainless steel deep draw stamping on the mass production, but the prototype should be done with 3D printing. Don't worry my sister is a nurse in the hospital, she knows better than me. I have experience in design and manufacture, so before built it, I can send to you the design. I am sure it will not be done in a few days because making the prototype is not easy.
