Detailed Requirements document along with wireframes

I need someone to build me a requirements document with wireframes for y system. I have done some of the wireframes but they will need the requirements document created for them. The document needs to contain an Entity relation diagram, workflow diagram, table containing data types and fields for each screen along with actions for buttons etc. Roughly about 30 screens and 3 different user types. I will require the following artifacts Requirement document containing wireframes and a document containing fields in each wireframe with the type of field and action of any buttons. Wireframe updates in Balsamiq. I already have some wireframes in Balsamiq so can provide the project file for you to update. If you are experienced in creating requirement documents please bid. If you are not experienced in creating these documents please do not bid.
