Bootstrap designed landing page

I need a landing page designed in bootstrap with icons and logos etc. The top of the page will have a logo on the left side and a login and signup links to the right side. Icons for Facebook, twitter and google+ will also be shown. A drop down filter for countries and corresponding states. Cities will be a text ok that should be able to accesses AJAX to get the cities being types. The information for countries and states will come from a table in the database. Below the filters there will be 12 categories shown. The Categories are Automobile Doctors Events Home Services Hospitals Jobs Real Estate Restaurants Travel Training For Sale by Individuals Wanted / Looking For Things Circular icons needs to be designed for these 12 categories. At the end of the page is the footer with the corporate information and contact us etc. The whole landing page should be in the respective CSS and appropriate picture files for me to import into ruby on rails.
