customise tumblr theme

I run a screen printing business and want a landing page to capture leads with a main call to action being to fill in the contact form. I have installed a responsive theme on my new tumblr page: [login to view URL] and need it customised as per the following points: Customise my new site to be a lead generation/landing page site 1. create a logo for my business 2. replace slider with one static image relevant to my business - could be a t-shirt being screen printing, a screen printing machine etc. 3. create icons for workwear, safety and ppe, minimum 25, screen printing, embroidery, transfers 4. create new industry specific existing product-image modules - construction, hospitality, education, band merch, security and not-for-profit. each one of them will show an attractive image releveant to the industry and I will provide content to go with it. 5. create new module like the one on [login to view URL] under "fixed price services" . each box will contain an image, a price and a product description. I can use this to showcase previous client work. 7. create new link to external blog 8. embed a JS a contact form to capture leads 9. remove team module 10. update header(add large phone number) and footer(remove irrelevant icons and update content) 12. ensure mobile/responsiveness is maintained as per current site 13. replace links to clients with links to suppliers and suppliers logos. 14. install GA with conversion tracking for contact form submits 15. enable downloadable price list
