I'm looking to somebody who can design and animate a professional 3D chart that can be a part of a presentation movie that Im working on
the seen need to use eye catching visual effects like materials, reflections, shadows, lighting...etc in order to keeps the eyes open and mind blown
this assignement will be a part of a bigger project, but I'm interested to test the quality Vs price to produce the remaining 8 scenes
I'm looking to get the sample by Saturday nignt so I can demonstrate it on Sunday for the client
the detailed sketch is available and I will send the scan of the scketch paper for the designer including the values of the chart and the required visual componenets

the scene must show the columns raizing with animation
the camera must add a live watching experience
the scene must include animated counters indicating the hight of the column in the real time
the chart must have professional material, shadows, lighting, reflection and any necessary effect to blow the mind
a trend arrow need to cross the chart, hooked with the top of each column across the years
the display of this chart need to go through 3 phases corresponding to the three categories (training hours, courses, attendees)
each time a category is being animated, it is required to add a 3D icon ( clock to indicate a training hour, book to indicate a course, character to indicate an attendee)
