We are looking for an ongoing partner to produce External 3D House models for us in 3dMax on a job by job basis. This test project would be to produce 1 house only to see if we can work together. If the house is of the same quality that's needed we would have roughly 10 houses a month to model for us. Please look closely at the attached model and images as we would need the model to be of the same quality and the same detail level. Your price should reflect the possibility of the long term ongoing work opportunity. We need the model to have no mistakes and no errors as we don't want to have to fix errors here. So be careful to follow the CAD plans properly and accurately. To give you an idea, we currently pay about £40 a house for a 10 house project, so £400 for 10 external house models which we are happy with. Obviously all the windows guttering and details would be similar in each project so some time saving is made there. We can produce all the texturing etc. here. We just need the 3D external model of the house with the guttering windows ect. - We have added and example model Max file. - 4 Example wire-frame images. - Also CAD plans for the model that you need to build for this project. Good day! I`m an architect, and exp in house design. You can see the same works at my portfolio. I can make house model with the same detail level in archicad and convert it into 3ds max. All guttering, win, doors roof style, moldings will be at the same place as at you projects. I need about 1-2days, to do 1 model, depending of it`s configuration. Alex
