I can provide references of previous furniture created. The armchair I would create would be within any poly-count limitations, as well as using only quads. The topology would be smooth and error-free, and the UV unwrapping would be done easily. I believe a PBR material may work best, though this may change if you have any preferences. The model, textures and any other necessary files would be provided in a zipped file, ready for importing into any application as a standardised file type.
