make a 3D model after a logo

So i need a 3D model made looking like the attached logo (just the guy). It's my dads company logo and the company is nearing its 20 years anniversary and i wanted something unique to give him. The 3D model needs to be printable by a 3d printer and in the file .OBJ or .STL I will make the ladder in wood and the base is already done. But as i don't have a huge amount of time to make the guy i need someone else to do it. I will need some changes made to the design that you will have to keep in mind when bidding: -size when printed without base will be around 40 cm tall. this will give you an idea of what detail can be put on it. making the design in multiple pieces ready to be printed inside a Ø16x21cm 3D printer would be preferable. if not, I can do that myself. -He only has 2 fingers on the front hand and i need a regular 5 finger hand with an open relaxed hand. (the hand doesn't need to be detailed more than you can see its a hand). -the other hand should just have a closed fist as he is on the picture. -the jacket should be "removed" so there is only the sweater beneath (still with sleeves rolled up). -his back needs to be flat/straight as i want to paint on my dads logo on it. so far there is no due date, but i would prefer if it could be done before we hit may.
