Create and Animate a mythical Griffon based on a 3D low poly model (obj)

We want to keep the “Low Poly” style and colors of the model. Please find here after an idea of the style, details and motion we are aiming for the griffon. [login to view URL] Motion: 1 : The griffon is on the ground, and start prancing, like the Ferrari horse 2: the griffon start to flap its wings 3: The Griffon takes off, stabilise itself and hover in place in the air, few centimetres from the ground. 4: then the griffon lands off smoothly and walk one step or two, just to feel the inertia from the landing. The griffon stabilise and start to rest then.. 5: The loop restart. We need a smooth and quiet loop for the animation, with no pause. We need realistic motion for body parts, like head, neck, legs, tail and body. cf [login to view URL] example. + Our objective is to demonstrate AR technologies either with [login to view URL] and with Apple Quicklook based on .usdz file format. We plan to convert either .dae or .gltf in .usdz for Apple quicklook demo, and also consume directly the .gltf or .fbx files in three.js. We are actually using [login to view URL] for usdz conversion. Tests for motion and export have to be made on the platform before delivery. Mandatory File formats: .dae .gltf .fbx Polygon number limits is around 20000. We can work together to adjust quality.
