Create 3D Architectural Renderings

Hello, I have a need that you may be able to assist in. I have a software developer I am working with to place an application of my site that will allow the user to manipulate either an interior/exterior design stock image or the user provided image finishes. For example, the software can be used to map and allow the user to easily alter paint colors, countertop materials, tile selections, wood flooring, etc. I anticipate a demand from our users to possibly either 1) create a 3D model of their existing structure using a photo(s) to work from, 2) create a 3D model from a user provided 2D/3D floor plan with elevations, or 3) create a 3D model from scratch (likely from hand drawn floor plan and/or elevations). To save unnecessary costs, since the user will be computer altering the model by the click of the mouse, I would want the created model to be without any particular finishes. In most cases, stock modeling of cabinetry, doors, etc can be used, with the option to user define profiles. The idea is to produce a clean representation of the planned design for finish selections. So, there will not be any furniture or accessories (subject to change for an upcharge). And for now, I will need the finished model likely saved in a jpg format. Not that it would have any value otherwise, the copyright must be granted to us. As I develop this service, I can foresee multiple modeling requests weekly, perhaps daily. Accordingly, I need to build a team of experts that are competent in architectural modeling who can produce these models cost effectively and within a reasonable time period (perhaps 1 week). I will need fixed pricing based upon specific criteria and predetermined upcharge options based upon the need. I will need your assistance in determining these costs to present to my user. I have attached a stock before/after photo as an example of what were doing. I would like to see samples of your architectural renderings.
