Airfoil shaped camera lens mount

I would like to outsource some further development of a camera shroud, to mount a small lens to the side of a tube, and must be aerodynamically shaped. I have an approximate design layed out and would like someone to carry on to the next level.
For this project, it is a requirement that I can edit native Solidworks 2012 models. This is because I expect to make some edits after testing to aim the camera more optimally. I have the rough first CAD version with the camera along the axis of the tubing, but I will need to "aim" the camera to account for the field of view.
Please only bid if you can provide Solidworks 2012 or older. I must have ability to edit parametric values in models delivered for this project. Thank you.
