I've worked on similar projects over past 2 years creating buildings for 3D games and doing unwrap and texture for them as well. I've taken a look at your photo that provided and I was wondering if you the model is already unwrapped. Also I was curious to know if you have windows and doors modeled..... or is it to be a planar texture? and do you have a preferred resolution? and file type? (i.e. targa,png, photoshop, pdf) other questions include what kind maps do you want/need for your model like AO, Spec, Normal, etc... and do you need the grass textured/model in aswell?? if you do I can drop a free grass model and have it textured too.
