Usually I'm working on more than 1 project in simultaneously because of the feedbacks but even complex visualisations can be ready in 1 week. The price depends on the design and the quality needed, a simplier visualisation can be made from £250-£300. If you can give properly planned designs the changes can fit in the budget. If you like to change on the base design (depending on its nature) you should count with additional fees. To speed up the process, I would build up the model in Archicad or 3ds max, I would render the model in 3ds max (with Vray). Hi, my name is Peter Maroti, i live in Sydney NSW and work as a senior 3d artist at a leading 3d visualiser company, and have done so for over a decade, with hundreds of high-end projects behind me. So professionalism and reliability is not really an issue, would you choose to offer me the project. I am reasonably flexible if you need the images delivered within a tight deadline, but with the proper input and information from You, I would require approximately one week to ten days for the production of a first image. My rates per image are 500GBP for a first, 350GBP for any additional angle, from modelling to post production of a photo realistic finish after Your specific requests.
