Do some 3D Modelling

Hi Everyone. I have a Scissor that needs to be done in 3D model. You can use max or maya which is preferable to you. You will find the DWG file for scissor's blade & handles in the attachment, and some reference image of the original product. ***I need this scissor in 3D model as realistic it is. This 3D model will use for our product marketing. So, make sure that the 3D model must must look same & realistic as the original product. ***We will use this 3D model in product marketing so,make the 3D model in such a way that, it can be animate open & close. ***I have total 4-5 Scissors that need to be done in 3D and animation like scissor open & close & camera movement. that is our next project. but 1st i will go for 1 scissor. ***find attachment(more things will be discussed with the selected person) ***Before you start I will help you to provide all reference & ans your all question but, at the end i need perfect as realistic model. ***Experienced & Freshers all are well come. ***At the project end i need the mother file & obj file. ***only Indians, because as you see this freelancer account is new, i can transfer the fund through [login to view URL] have our in house artist. ***my budget is max 3500rs.......including light,texture & 2 renders. thanks.
