Hi Andrew,
Here is my revised bid based on our discussion last week.
1. This project is for an online 3D viewer that displays a a 3D model (STL or OBJ) and animates the object based on a given CSV file with timestamps and object's position (in Quaternions)
2. The timestamp may have readings of up to 150hz (150 positions per second) for up to 5 minutes. The online viewer will attempt to draw every timestamp position if played at 1 x speed (real-time). Normally a browser will update the rendering 60 times a second (60hz).
3. If played at real time, the app will find the position that best fit the given render time in the CSV. If played at half speed, it should be able to display twice as many frames.
4. The conversion of the resulting animation to a MP4 movie file is not in the scope of this project.
5. I will provide a viewer where you can find time frames individually and have next, prev, play, play speed (1/8, 1/4, 1/2, normal, 2x) control buttons
6. The viewer can be setup to automatically load a model and csv file automatically.
7. You may use the viewer to look at the object from different camera location and angle using the drag mouse & scroll btns.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for considering my bid.
