Design a solar stand fan complete with collapsible solar pad

I would like to work with a designer that render out a picture of a futuristic stand fan . The required mold parts should be less making it cost effective. The consideration should include a seamless looking stand fan & cordless. The base is stored with rechargeable battery bank , voltage regulator and a landing base for the solar cells to be kept. The stand has its rear lifted up mechanically at a press of a button for the solar pad to be extended out with telescopic extender for sunlight. The regular functions of a standard fan should be in place like speed regulators and possible led lighting for night light functions. The product designer should be realistic with prototyping costing and material used. This product is designed to be a common household items achievable by low end to mid range market.
