Animation to be added to an existing smart device app

I would like a brief animation added to the start of my existing Smart Therapy smart device app. My business logo on my website ([login to view URL]) has a little figure swinging in and out of a triangle. In the short smart device animation, I would like this cute little figure (which needs more detail added to it for expressive facial communication) to start off hiding behind the triangle. It tentatively peeks out and then retracts back again (looking very scared and frightened) to hide behind the triangle. Bit by bit the cute little figure comes out from behind the triangle. At first when it comes out it is visibly shaking in the legs and looks very frightened in the face. Eventually, it gets the courage to climb up on the swing. It starts off swinging slowly and tentatively, but bit by bit it gets more and more confident and swings higher and higher. Once it is swinging really high, it becomes joyful and starts to call out 'Yeah! That's freedom!'. After a few more swings it calls out again, with an even more joyful voice 'Yeah!! That's real freedom!!!'. Then a voice-over says 'Swing to freedom from anxiety with this Smart Therapy app'.
