Compensation Animation with Voice

I am looking for a video animation project that needs to be HD format to be uploaded onto Youtube. I will explain what needs to be explained and I will leave the animator to decide on how the video will turnout. As long as people can understand how my program works by watching the video, that is what I want. I had attached a word document file that explains how the company works and I want the animator to read and understand the concept. Then incorporate the idea into an animation with voice that explains as well while showing images. If you have any questions, let me know and Ill be getting back to you as soon as possible
